Brownstone Renovation / Restoration

AllRenovation Construction LLC recently finished renovating and restoring a historic brownstone located in the Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn, New York.

The project entailed a full renovation of the parlor floor kitchen and second floor bathrooms. Additionally we installed a HSEER HVAC system throughout the brownstone incorporating a custom made enclosure that reflected the traditional brownstone moldings. We also sourced, installed, and restored six period brownstone fireplace mantels.

Brownstone conversion to SOHO style open loft space

AllRenovation Construction LLC. is currently working on a loft style brownstone conversion project on President Street in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn. One of the items that reproduced the existing plaster molding from the living room and extended the look throughout the entire floor layout.

Green building practices strive to balance environmental responsibility, resource efficiency, occupant comfort and community sensitivity. AllRenovation is commited to follow environmental standards by pursuing the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). USGBC is a coalition of leaders from all segments of the building industry that organized in the late 1990s to develop a "green building" rating system. LEED provides a complete framework for assessing building performance and meeting environmental sustainability goals.
