ALLRENOVATION CONSTRUCTION LLC provides services throughout all the five NYC boroughs, all of Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut . We are a fully license, insured and bonded company with over 20 years of cumulative experience. We work closely with our clients to provide the best service possible and to ensure that their remodeling dreams become a reality. From work performed in Manhattan high rise apartments, condominiums, cooperatives, Brownstones, Victorian homes, new construction homes, and commercial property - we have done it all. We believe in using only quality material and provide a work crew at every project site daily to ensure that the work is performed to customer's specifications. Our project managers will inspect your project to ensure that work is performed in a timely manner. We have a long history of working closely with Architects and Interior Designers. Pietro Calabretta
Partner

Founder and partner Pietro Calabretta began his training and experience in Italy. Pietro worked on countless projects renovating and remodeling villas, while still maintaining their old world Italian charm. In 1989 he received his degree in electrical and electronics.

In 1992 Calabretta moved to New York City and began working for Frustaci Contraction as a project supervisor. His duties included ensuring rehabilitation on multi-unit apartments in accordance with New York City regulation, specifications, and codes. He worked in this position from 1992 - 1995.

From 1996 to 1999 he worked for Knockout Construction as project manager exclusively for high end residential projects.

In 2000 he incorporated his own company ALLRENOVATION CONSTRUCTION LLC.

  
     

Robert Demetrio
Partner

Robert DeMetrio is a partner in the company and a construction and rehabilitation specialist.  Over the last twenty years he has developed his skills and eye for detail.  Robert's experience is in both the construction of a building as well as in the decorative particulars.  He is adept at research and at visualizing historical periods as they were meant to be displayed in a house or building.  Robert couples this with a talent for listening to his clients and developing a viable plan to bring about the successful completion of a project.
 
In 1988 Robert started as a NYC Union Laborer.  He received his certification in asbestos safety and abatement. Robert was a part of a specialized team that was formed to remove asbestos and demolish manufacturing plants and utility companies. While on this team, he became a foreman and air quality control and demolition specialist.  Additionally, he was licensed as an equipment operator.
 
Robert spent several years entrenched in building and renovating abandoned and fire damaged multifamily apartment buildings and houses.  It was during this time that he honed his ability to work with architects and structural engineers. Together, this team rehabilitated a number of neighborhoods throughout the five boros of New York City.
 
For the last 12 years, Robert has been an entrepreneur operating successfully.  
Most recently, he has been engrossed in his true passion, renovating homes with the goal of structural and aesthetic perfection. The art of renovation allows him to bring his creativity and appreciation for detail to his daily work.  Robert has worked along side master cabinetry and furniture artisans.  He has overseen the revitalization of houses in many different styles and time periods.   He has rejuvenated homes ranging from late 19th century town and carriage houses to mid-century modern and contemporary homes.   Robert is currently working on the restoration of townhouses in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
